Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 November 2026
This policy explains what personal information Fadnix Solutions (“Fadnix”, “we”, “us”) collects through fadnix.com, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It applies to visitors and to people who contact us about our services. Work we do for clients is also covered by the agreement for that project.
Who we are
Fadnix Solutions is responsible for the personal information collected through this website (the “controller” under data protection laws such as the GDPR and UK GDPR). You can reach us here:

Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and quote forms: your name and email address, and anything else you choose to add, such as your company, website, the service you're interested in, your budget and your message.
- Free AI audit form: your name, email, business description, message, how you'd like us to call you and, if you choose a phone or WhatsApp call, your phone number.
- Cost calculator: the options you select. These stay in your browser unless you send them to us for a quote, in which case they arrive with your enquiry.
- Booking a call: when you book through our calendar, Cal.com collects your name, email, the time you choose and any notes you add, and shares them with us.
- Live chat: the messages you send and any details you share in the conversation.
- Emails, calls and meetings: what you tell us when you contact us directly.
Please don't send us sensitive information, such as health, financial account or government ID details, through the website. We don't need it to answer an enquiry.
Information collected automatically
- Server and security logs: our hosting provider records technical details of requests, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, to keep the site secure and working.
- Abuse prevention: when you submit a form, we briefly use your IP address to limit repeated submissions, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the request comes from a person rather than a bot.
- Analytics (only with your consent): Google Analytics records how the site is used, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type and how you arrived. We turn on IP anonymisation.
- Live chat data: when chat is loaded, Tawk.to records technical details such as your browser, the page you're on and your approximate location, so our team can help you.
Cookies and similar technologies
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics and live chat. Until you choose “Accept all”, only essential technologies run.
- Essential: your cookie choice, saved in your browser's local storage, and Cloudflare Turnstile's spam protection on our forms. These are needed for the site to work and can't be switched off here.
- Analytics: Google Analytics cookies (such as
_ga) are set only after you choose “Accept all”. - Live chat: Tawk.to loads after you choose “Accept all”, or when you click “Chat with us”. Once loaded, it sets cookies to keep your conversation going between pages.
- Embedded content: videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode and load only when you press play. The booking calendar on our audit page is provided by Cal.com. Our Clutch review badge loads from clutch.co. These providers may collect technical data or set cookies under their own policies.
You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How we use your information
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote, because you asked us to and it's a step before a possible contract (or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries).
- To deliver services we've agreed with you, under our contract.
- To follow up on your enquiry in a reasonable way, as our legitimate interest. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To understand and improve the website, using analytics only with your consent.
- To keep the site and our systems secure and prevent spam and abuse, as our legitimate interest.
- To meet legal obligations, such as keeping business and tax records.
We don't add you to a marketing newsletter unless you ask to join one, and we don't make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share it only with providers who help us run the business, under agreements that limit how they can use it:
- Hostinger, for website hosting and business email
- Cloudflare, for spam protection and network security
- Google, for Google Analytics (with consent) and YouTube video embeds
- Tawk.to, for live chat
- Cal.com, for booking calls
- Clutch, for the review badge shown on our pages
- The workflow automation and CRM tools we use to log and follow up enquiries
We may also share information with professional advisers, with authorities when the law requires it, or with a buyer or successor if our business is reorganised or sold, in which case this policy will continue to apply.
International transfers
Our team works from the United States and Pakistan, and our providers may process data in other countries. When we transfer personal information out of the UK, the European Economic Area or another region with transfer rules, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, where the law requires them.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't become projects, including chat transcripts: up to 24 months after our last contact.
- Client records: for the length of our relationship, then as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes, typically up to 7 years.
- Analytics data: no longer than 14 months.
- Server and security logs: for the short period our hosting provider keeps them.
When we no longer need information, we delete or anonymise it.
How we protect it
The site is served only over HTTPS, our forms are protected against spam and abuse, and access to personal information is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so if you believe your information has been put at risk, please contact us straight away.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy
- ask us to correct or delete it
- object to, or ask us to limit, how we use it
- receive it in a portable format
- withdraw consent at any time, for example for analytics, without affecting earlier use
- complain to a data protection authority
Region-specific information
- UK and EEA: you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your local supervisory authority, though we'd appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
- California: you have the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We don't sell or share it in that sense. We won't treat you differently for using your rights, and you can use an authorised agent.
- Canada, Australia and the UAE: you can ask to access or correct your information and complain to us or to your national privacy regulator, such as the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
To use any of these rights, email info@fadnix.com or use our contact page. We may need to confirm your identity first. We reply within one month, or within the time your local law requires.

Our website and services are meant for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their personal information; if you think we have, please contact us and we'll delete it.

Our pages link to other sites, such as client websites, Clutch and social networks. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
