    • Number of Revisions: The number of revisions included in each service varies and will be specified in the service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur additional charges.

    Design Services

    • Initial Concepts: For design projects, initial concepts will be presented to the client for feedback. Revisions will be made based on the client’s feedback.
    • Revisions Included: Typically, up to three rounds of revisions are included with our design services. Additional rounds of revisions will be charged at an hourly rate or as agreed upon in the service contract.
    • Timeline: Each round of revisions will be completed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 3-5 business days, depending on the complexity of the changes requested.

    Software, Application, & Website Development

    • Development Phase Revisions: During the development phase, clients can request revisions to the project based on agreed milestones and deliverables. These revisions should align with the original project scope.
    • Post-Delivery Revisions: After the final delivery of the software, any requests for changes or improvements will be considered as part of our maintenance and support services and may incur additional costs.
    • Bug Fixes: Any bugs or issues that arise from the initial development will be fixed free of charge within the warranty period specified in the service agreement.

    Digital Marketing Solutions

    • Content and Strategy: For digital marketing and content services, revisions will be based on the initial strategy and content plan agreed upon with the client.
    • Revisions Included: Up to two rounds of revisions are typically included. Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate or as specified in the service contract.
    • Implementation Timeline: Revisions will be implemented promptly, usually within 2-4 business days, depending on the extent of the changes.

    Conditions and Exclusions

    Revisions will not be provided under the following circumstances:

    • Significant Scope Changes: Requests for changes that significantly alter the original project scope, objectives, or requirements will be considered new projects.
    • Client Delays: Delays in providing necessary feedback or approvals from the client may impact the revision timeline.
    • Post-Approval Changes: Any changes requested after the final deliverables have been approved by the client will be treated as new projects or maintenance requests.
