Digital and Design Services

For digital and design services, refunds are typically not offered once the initial concepts or deliverables have been provided. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund request is necessary. Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Non-Delivery of Service: If we fail to deliver the service as agreed upon within the specified timeframe, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • Major Defects: If the final deliverable contains major defects that cannot be corrected, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

Application, Software, and Website Development

For software, application, and website development projects, refunds are generally not available once the development process has begun. However, exceptions may be made in the following circumstances:

  • Project Cancellation by Fadnix: If we are unable to complete the project for any reason, you will be eligible for a full refund of the payment made.
  • Project Cancellation by Client: If you decide to cancel the project after it has started, we will evaluate the work completed and may offer a partial refund based on the remaining project scope and expenses incurred.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@fadnix.com with your refund request, including details about the service, the reason for the request, and any relevant documentation.
  2. Review: Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
  3. Resolution: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Conditions and Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the service after acceptance of the initial deliverables.
  • Client Delays: Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by the client, including delays in providing necessary information or approvals.
  • Completed Projects: Refunds will not be issued for completed projects where the final deliverables have been approved by the client.
