Job Description:

As a Junior Graphic Designer at Fadnix, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand themes and current graphic design trends. You will work closely with our team to develop engaging designs for social media, websites, marketing materials, and more. A strong understanding of motion graphics and video editing using After Effects and Premiere Pro is essential for this role, as you will be creating captivating reels and short-form video content.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualization and Design: Develop creative and visually appealing graphic design concepts that align with client brand guidelines and project objectives..
  • Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest graphic design trends, tools, and techniques, and incorporate them effectively into your work.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to established brand themes, guidelines, and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Social Media Content: Design engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Website Visuals: Assist in creating visual elements for websites, including banners, icons, and other supporting graphics.
  • Marketing Materials: Design marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, flyers, and email templates.
  • Motion Graphics and Video Editing: Utilize After Effects and Premiere Pro to create visually engaging and dynamic reels, short promotional videos, and animated graphics for social media and other digital channels.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with the social media manager, web developers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and integrated visual communication.
  • File Management: Organize and maintain design files in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine designs and ensure they meet expectations.
  • Time Management: Manage your workload effectively to meet deadlines and project timelines.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs are visually appealing, error-free, and optimized for their intended platform.
  • Conceptualization and Design: Develop creative and visually appealing graphic design concepts that align with client brand guidelines and project objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital or marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Experience designing for social media, web, and print platforms.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain brand consistency across different channels.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to take feedback positively and incorporate it into design revisions.
  • Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
